1.  After we set up our account, what else do we have to do?

The most important thing is to use whatever communication channels you have with your membership to let them know that by including Members Only Travel when they shop for cruises, vacations and other travel services they will not only get the best available prices but they will also be redirecting part of the typical commission paid by the travel service providers to your organization to further your goals which they obviously support by being members.

2.  How much money might we receive based upon your program?

The typical American household spends $2000-$6000 per year on travel purchases.  Consequently, for every 100 members, your membership is spending $200,000-$600,000 per year.  Of course, depending upon the demographics of your membership, this figure could be much higher.  Captured even single-digit percentages of your membership travel spend can result in several hundred to a few thousand dollars of income for every 100 members.  It is also very important how aggressive your organization is in making the value proposition to your members and how strong and affinity your members have for your organization.

3.  Do you expect us to share our membership list with you for marketing purposes?

Absolutely not.  We do expect you to communicate to your members the availability of the program.  From time to time, if we have a special offer or opportunity, we will make your organization aware of it.  If you choose to forward that opportunity to your members that is your decision.  Only those members who visit our website and opt in to our newsletter or special notices lists will we contact directly.

4.  What happens if one of our members is not satisfied with their vacation or cruise?

First, Members Only Travel only markets the most stable, well established and well known cruise lines and vacation companies.  These travel service providers, who serve millions of customers per year, have well-established customer service operations that have extensive experience in dealing with the types of customer service issues that can arise when dealing in dynamic products such as vacations and cruises.  It is unlikely that a customer with a legitimate complaint would not be dealt with fairly and quickly by these long-standing and proven companies. 

However, the customer does have the option of contacting Members Only Travel for a review should they feel that they have not been treated fairly by one of our travel service providers.  Should this happen, we would proactively pursue the matter to a fair conclusion.

5.  When do we receive our referral commissions?

Generally speaking, commissions are only paid after the client has traveled.  Depending on what time during the month the travel takes place, that cycle can take 15 to 45 days.  Once we receive the commissions and allocate them to the proper affiliate account, we will issue a check on a monthly basis.

6.  How do you know which affiliate organization gets credited for a travel purchase?

Some of the travel purchases can be tracked electronically based upon the member entering Members Only Travel through your custom branded portal page.  For those transactions that can not be tracked that way, we will rely on the fact that we request the traveler, having made a purchase, to revisit Members Only Travel and report the sale and provide a confirmation number along with the name of the organization to be credited.  Our travel service providers concurrently provide us with a copy of each confirmation.  For any confirmation which we cannot reconcile to a particular organization, we will contact the client directly and request to which organization the sale should be credited.

7.  If our organization wants to organize some type of group travel can that be handled through Members Only Travel?

Yes.  We have travel counselors who have extensive experience in organizing group travel and in booking blocks space on cruise ships.  Organizing group travel experiences for your members not only can strengthen the bonds amongst your members but also provide significant revenue to your organization.
